Chalet at the Green Tarn

A year-round serviced hut at 1,551 m on the northern shore of Zelené pleso, on the Tatranská magistrála beneath Malý Kežmarský štít. Opened in 1897 (historically Fridrichova, later Brnčalova chata), it has 56 beds, catering, potable water and an on-site mountain-rescue station. Reservations by email only; cash only — no card payment. The Veľká Svišťovka traverse is exposed, with chains.
